Changes You Must Tell Us About

Not administrative housekeeping — an undisclosed change is one of the most common reasons an account is closed.

Tell us about

·A new website, checkout page or sales channel.
·New products, or products materially different from those disclosed.
·A change of ownership or control.
·A new DBA or billing descriptor.
·A change in how you fulfil orders, or how long fulfillment takes.
·Selling into new countries or states.
·New affiliate or marketing arrangements.
·Any regulatory action, licensing change or enforcement correspondence.

Why it matters

·Your account was approved against a described business. A Provider that finds an undisclosed website or product treats it as concealment, whether or not it was meant that way — and the usual outcome is closure rather than a conversation.
·Disclosed in advance, most changes are handled routinely.
