A quote is preliminary
·Any pricing given before a Provider's decision is an estimate based on what you have told us and on programs available at that moment.
·It is not an offer, it is not binding, and it does not survive underwriting unchanged as a matter of course.
·Final pricing exists only in the merchant agreement the Provider executes with you.
What can change it
·Underwriting findings, your actual processing profile, disputes and fraud history, product mix, the Provider's own program changes and card-network requirements.
Every quote is versioned
·Proposals carry a version and a date, so what you were shown is identifiable later. If a figure you were quoted differs from the agreement you are asked to sign, that record is how it gets sorted out.
