These rules already bind our representatives. They are here so you can hold us to them.
A representative may not
·Guarantee approval, or state that an account is approved before the Provider has said so.
·Promise a rate, fee, reserve, funding schedule or limit as final.
·Claim to be the bank, the acquirer or the processor, or to speak for one.
·Collect payment personally, or ask for funds outside AltirasPay's stated process.
·Use a Provider's logo or name in a way suggesting an affiliation that does not exist.
·Help conceal a product, a website, a sales channel or an entity from a Provider.
·Ask you to describe your business as something other than what it is.
A representative may
·Explain what a Provider typically requires and why.
·Give preliminary, non-binding estimates clearly labeled as such.
·Help you assemble accurate documentation.
·Tell you honestly when a category has no available route.
If a representative does otherwise
·Tell us. Use the complaint process in this Trust Center and include the name, the date and what was said.
·Preliminary figures given before a Provider's decision are estimates, whatever they were called at the time. Only the Provider's own written terms are binding.
